I Write Sins, Not Tragedies

While I think that this video is creepy and wigs me out in the whole scared of clowns kind of way, you can' t tell me that Panic! At the Disco front man, (ok, nm I can't find a bio or a band member list anywhere on their site) doesn't looks stellar in eyeliner.
